DESIGN PRINCIPLES

At ALR we know how to develop rugged Systems that are performing reliably & match our Customer’s Requirements. Hereby we follow three major PRINCIPLES:

Principle #1: STAY FOCUSED!

The more experienced and confident people get in what they do, the risk of losing Attention due to a Lack of Focus and Concentration rises to the same extent.

Therefore we at ALR focus on every Project and Development, no matter how easy it may look like or how often we have realized equally-specified Projects already.

Principle #2: EVALUATE & DISAGREE!

Now and then, Specifications contain absurd and pointless Requirements: technically and commercially speaking, but also from a timeline perspective.

We at ALR evaluate Customer Requirements very thoroughly and - if even the slightest Discrepancy appears in what we think is doable and what the Customer requires - we will clearly address it.

Principle #3: Proven Technology beats innovation!

“Many Roads lead to rome” is a common, German Saying for the objective fact that there are many ways of getting a task accomplished.

We at ALR prefer - when taking up the “roads to rome” theme again - to go in our design & Development Concepts the known & proven routes instead of new and risky approaches. Although this probably doesn’t sound as exciting as “innovative”, a mission-critical System’s task is - in the end - to perform reliably. And this Reliability is what finally causes Excitement!

Talk to us if you want to know more about our Capabilities and how we can get your system requirements accomplished!
